Breakfast: Yogurt, quinoa, berries, tea
Lunch: Mexican
Snack: Pop chips, crackers
Dinner: Mussels, french fries, Red wine
Today was the big final day. So many temptations too. Flour tortillas at lunch, I went to dinner with Patrick and he wanted Pizza, my mussels came with grilled bread. But I had to be strong on my last day. Oddly it wasn't that hard. Really strange. I'll have to see what the future holds for my gluten free ness. It makes it easier to pick food, but is that really worth it? Not sure!

Day Twenty Nine
Breakfast: Rice cereal, bananas, blueberries, tea
Lunch: Greek salad (mixed greens, stuffed fig leaves, black olives, tomatoes, feta, cucumber), soda
Snack: GF crackers
Dinner: GF margarita pizza, green salad
Well tomorrow is day 30. Not sure what I'll do on day 31.. do I jump back in? Do I give it another week? I do want to see what not eating chocolate does. I haven't had any since Saturday so we'll see! I am enjoying the Udi's pizzas, but I crave for real crust!

Day Twenty Eight
Breakfast: Rice cereal, blueberries, bananas, tea
Lunch: feta/spinach gluten free pizza, clementine
Snack: GF pretzels, corn chips & salsa
Dinner: Left over fried rice
It was a lazy day at home. Well lazy with a run and working on portfolio stuff! I think I'm snacking less since I've been off gluten, hard to tell. I exfoliated my skin this morning which made it almost look better. I think that might one of the keys to maintaining my skin. Kind of a no brainer but since I have rosacea I've always avoided abrasion.

Day Twenty Six
Breakfast: Yogurt, granola, berries, Tazo green tea
Lunch: Salmon/avocado sushi roll, potato crisps, green tea
Snack: Sweet potato chips
Dinner: Burger (no bun), fries, pickles, red wine
I was a bit bummed out today about my freelance gig ending in a week so Rachelle and I went to a local bar to get drinks and food. It turned out to be a nice night and we both needed to vent. I went the unhealthy route for dinner but without the bun and sharing with Rachelle it wasn't too much food! Although maybe the two glasses of wine was a bit much. Four days left!

Breakfast: Rice cereal, blueberries, bananas, matcha green tea
Lunch: Greek salad (mixed greens, olive leaves, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives)
Snack: Seaweed rice crackers
Dinner: Broccoli/cheese frittata, green salad, GF toast, red wine, dark chocolate
I decided to get lunch today from a nearby deli. I went with the Greek salad which was delicious. I also grabbed a bag of that rice cracker thing. Not bad! Dinner was excellent. Brian makes a great frittata.

Day Twenty Four
Breakfast: Barbara's GF rice cereal, blueberries, bananas, matcha green tea
Lunch: Edamame hummus, carrots, rice crackers, cucumbers
Snack: Seaweed snack, popcorn
Dinner: GF pasta, red sauce, green salad, red wine, dark chocolate mint tea
I tried a new GF cereal but I do not like it b/c it's way to sugary. Brian bought me another rice cereal from whole foods that is probably better. It has 1g of sugar which is not bad. Anything over 4g gets way too sweet for my liking. I also tried a new edamame hummus which was very good. Not really noticing improvement in my skin. I spent two hours shoveling snow in the freezing rain yesterday so it might have irritated my skin. Six days left!
